Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, September 1982. Joe discovered electronic music at the age of 14 when his best friend Matias Fernandez show him a couple of House records and teach him how to mix them. A couple of years later, he was playing at the most important night clubs in Buenos Aires such as Amerika, Ryu (San Miguel), La City, Bed Baires, Club Positivo, Tokio Club (Rosario), La Esquina (Lincoln), Uniclub, Arena Club, Umma Club, Ku Olivos. He was also booked to play at big events such as BsAs Connection, DEC, Instero, ADN Alternative Tour, Alien Beat, After Tiesto, among others.

In the year 2006, he started his own radio show called Twisted Sounds on ADN Alternative Radio from Argentina. It got so great acceptance that DLA Radio (2007), USR (2007), Tracklists CA (2007), Dance Radio Greece (2008) and Inside FM (2008) decided to broadcast the show as well. Djs like Chris Lake, Paul Woolford, John Acquaviva, Sebastien Leger, Rowan Blades, Guy Gerber, Steve Lawler, Paolo Mojo, Jim Rivers, Mark Knight, Shlomi Aber, Glenn Morrison, Robert Babicz, Guy J, Eelke Kleijn, Alex Dolby, were some of the invited guests. In September 07, he achieved listeners record on DLA Radio. In the year 2008 famous radio DI.FM decides to include Twisted Sounds in the schedule. At the same time, Joe starts a new monthly show called Meet The Decline on House Pacific radio from Montreal. His sets have also been broadcasted by the best radio stations like Proton Radio, Frisky Radio, Dub Radio, FM 92.5 Uruguay, just to name a few.

He had the privilege of sharing booth with big International names such as DJ Tarkan (Turkey), Fernando Picon (Uruguay), Ignacio de Maria (USA), Sence (Hungria), Rey Santiago (Puerto Rico), Maria Paz (Colombia), Hans Tavera (Peru), and local djs like Ricky Ryan, JP Sgalia, Juan Pryor, Heatbeat, Lucas Abadi, Duo Live, Max Cagliero, Ladies on Mars, among others.

In the year 2007 he starts producing for important labels such as Home Made Electronica, Entrainment Records, Bit Records Mexico, Quimika Records, Stereo Fx, and Blue Bass Records. His releases have received the support of djs like DJ Tarkan, Facundo Mohrr, Jacco @ Work, Damina DP, Guille Quero, Luis Nieva, Nicholas Van Orton, Darin Epsilon. His track Dark Pharmacy (original mix) was charted #47 by release promo pool, Documental (original mix) was charted best of progressive @ dance fuel store (November 08), and some of his productions have been included in the Argentinean film Nocturnos.

For many years he was into House, Progressive & Electro. Today he surfes the waves of Tech House and Techno, searching for deep melodies on tech house well constructed bases. He can perfectly perform warm up as well as main hour sets, without leting anyone leave the dance floor, shooting melodies that will stuck in your head til' next morning when you wake up.

2009 finds Joe Fisher with many confirmed presentations as DJ, presenting his monthly chart at important websites like Buenos Aliens & Clubbing Spain, and at the same time very focused on new releases which are just about to come. Be patient, this is just begining.
