Having always wanted to share his music and vision with others, Chuck Daniels has
been an apex component of the Detroit house and dance music scene for many years.
Whether it’s been behind the decks, behind the party, or behind the scenes, he has
been involved DJing hundreds of parties since 1988. There are few clubs in Detroit he
hasn’t played or hosted one of his famous Sampled parties at, booking some of the
greats like Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, Green Velvet, Diz, Miles Maeda, DJ Heather and
Jason Hodges to name a few. Known for his unique brand of house music, Daniels has
performed across both North America and Europe, including the infamous Ministry of
Sound Night Club in London, H20 in France and the Fiasco parties in Glasgow,
Scotland. Despite his worldwide appeal, Chuck has never forgotten home, playing
numerous clubs and parties in his own home town of Detroit, including residencies at
the legendary Motor Lounge, Porter Street, and The Temple.

In the last five years Chuck has made a big impact in the House music scene with
releases and remixes on numerous labels earning him lots of credibility with fellow
industry artists. His remixes include work with artists such as DJ Sneak, Brett Johnson,
John Larner, Lawn Chair Generals, Late Night Society, Troydon, and Dt3ch just to
scratch the surface. His music has been featured on labels such as Classic, Robsoul,
Guest House, Oomph, Magnetic, Tango, Night Shift, Spatula, OM, Mobile Trax, Phobic,
Black Cherry, Detour, Grab, Ministry of Sound, and Pacha. This exposure has
culminated in the establishment of his own label; Sampled Detroit. He has been praised
for his work featured on numerous compilations by industry big hitters including, DJ
Heather, Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, Inland Knights, and a 50 Year
anniversary collective for the Technique Turntable!

On the heels of an ambitious and successful turn, Chuck Daniels released his own
compilation mix, resulting in a multi city tour of Europe and the U.S. Following a
rigorous tour schedule, Chuck has taken a small break building a new studio in his
Detroit home, setting him up to collaborate and record with the industry’s leading
artists. Chuck has already started many projects and works with Jason Hodges as
[Border Patrol], the 1200 Warriors, Jeremy Joshua and Slater Hogan. He is always
dedicating his time to working with upcoming local producers and DJ’s, putting
something back into his local Detroit community. Daniels is also hard at work
dedicating time to Sampled Detroit featuring some of dance music’s premier artists.
