Dubfire and Oliver Huntemann to release ‘Retrospectivo’

The collection it’s based on the duos collaboration on Huntemann’s label.

Techno maestros Dubfire and Oliver Huntemann have been producing together since 2008, constantly pushing the boundaries of dance music. To celebrate their long team trajectory they are about to release a comprehensive retrospective of their collaborations with a double-CD package entitled ‘Retrospectivo’.

CD1 contains each of the Diablo / Dios / Humano original releases, complemented by a host of remixes from other key figures in the scene. ‘Diablo’ kicks things off and is accompanied by the Carlo Lio Remix‘Dios’ also appears with the rework from Jon Gaiser, via his Atheists Anonymous Remix. The new track ‘Humano’ appears in four versions from the original via newer interpretations from Hatzler, SHADED’s Summer Skin Remix and the Victor Ruiz one.

CD2 includes the Elements series consisting of Fuego, Terra, Aire and Agua.  ‘Fuego’ burns as brightly as ever with additional heat added by Julian Jeweil’s Remix, while ‘Terra’ gets the treatment by Joseph Capriati. Three different mixes each of ‘Aire’ and ‘Agua’ complete the package, with the combined talents of Matador, Peter Dundov and Detroit’s own Carl Craig rounding off the compilation in fine style.

As a special bonus, both the digital version and the Double-CD includes an hour-long mixed session by Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann.

‘Retrospectivo’ drops on stores October 28th on Senso Sounds.
